Simon Ashley has been acting as an expert witness in vascular-related Clinical Negligence claims for over 20 years. He has also acted as a Specialist Clinical Advisor to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and within the NHS Complaints Procedure. He completed the Bond-Solon expert witness course "Excellence in Report Writing" in January 2017.
